Cementol Hiperplast 185 is a special highly effective new generation superplasticizer – hyperplasticizer, especially suitable for manufacturing of ready-mix and transport concrete with long workability times and for concreting at higher temperatures.

Its use enables:

• better preservation of fresh concrete consistency over time in comparison with the use of superplasticizers of previous generations,
• a strong reduction of mixing water content with unchanged concrete workability and increased concrete strength at the same time,
• better concrete workability with unchanged quantity of mixing water,
• no negative effects on the development of early strengths

Cementol Hiperplast 185 is particularly suitable for the preparation of easy-to-build-in concrete. When higher dosages are used, the preparation of SCC – self-consolidating concrete is possible, taking into account the basic principles for its preparation. Naturally, the effect depends on the type of concrete, quantity of concrete, water-cement ratio, aggregate composition and dosage of Cementol Hiperplast 185.
