Unimaz O is a special mineral oil-based mould release product especially recommended for metal and wooden moulds and formworks. Applied in a very thin layer, it protects concrete as well as mould / formwork.

• Consumption: 0,010 – 0,020 kg/m2 depending on the mould / formwork type and condition
• Application: with spray gun or brush. For optimal effect, a very thin layer of Unimaz O should be applied. When applying into filigree-made moulds / formworks, the accumulation of Unimaz O in slits should be avoided!

Important note:
In winter time, the temperature of Unimaz O before applying should be at least 10°C otherwise viscosity could be too high and the applied layer could be too thick. - Unimaz O should not be applied into frozen moulds / formworks: this causes strong thickening and prevents effective action of Unimaz O.

• Store the product in tightly closed packaging in dry places, protected from sources of heat and direct sunlight.
• In tightly closed and undamaged packaging, the shelf life of the product is min. 2 years from the production date.
• The procuct may still be used after the date of expiry, but the characteristics important for the intended use have to be examined.

When working with Unimaz O, general instructions for working with chemicals should be respected:
• Eating, drinking or smoking during work is prohibited.
• After finishing work, hands should be thoroughly washed with water.

Unimaz O may have harmful effects on aquatic organisms – do not release into the environment, do not discharge into drains.
