Cementol Injektin F3 causes swelling in cement and cement-lime systems. With an appropriate dosage, this compensates for cement / cement + lime shrinking – enables slight expansion. Injection grouts / mortars / concrete can spread equally over the areas where they are placed. Cementol Injektin F3 also acts as a plasticizer, enabling the preparation of grouts / mortars / concrete of suitable flowability with low water-cement ratios. This way, segregation is notably reduced and high strength can be achieved. This is very important when preparing injection grouts for prestressed tendons, where prescribed fluidity and compressive strengths must be achieved using CEM I with greater specific surface and water-cement ratio max. 0,44.

• Cementol Injektin F3 is added into the dry mixture of cement / cement and fillers. The dosage varies with the composition of the mixture:
- Pure cement grouts – injection grouts for prestressing tendons: 0,2 – 0,4 % of cement weight
- Mortars and concrete: 0,4 – 1,0 % of cement weight
- Mixtures (cement + lime) 0,2 – 0,4 % of binder (cement + lime) weight
• Add Cementol Injektin F3 to the dry mixture (cement / cement + lime / cement + sand). Mix well, then add water until obtaining the required consistency/fluidity. If mixing into dry mixture is not possible, add Cementol Injektin F3 into mixing water and than immediately admix dry components.
• Injection grouts / mortars / concrete prepared with Cementol Injektin F3 have to be placed within 20 – 30 minutes after mixing with water.
• Suitable dosage for achievement of optimal/required effect, have to be determine according to preliminary tests with actual cement / cement+lime / cement+sand and mixers used for every type of use.
