• When added to concrete or mortar mixture, Cementol Omega F – conc. accelerates the hydration reactions of cement minerals and simultaneously strongly plastifies fresh concrete or mortar mixture. This enables preparing concretes with higher density, higher initial and final strengths and highly improved watertightness and durability. With lower water-cement ratio the hardening process is additionally accelerated. • When using Cementol Omega F – conc. concreting is finished earlier, the energy needed for steam curing is saved and concreting at lower temperatures is enabled. |

• Dosage: 1 - 2% of cement weight (1 to 2 kg per 100 kg of cement), depending on working conditions and required effects. • Cementol Omega F – conc. can be introduced into the mixer diluted with mixing water or mixed into the already prepared fresh concrete mixture before concrete placing. In this case, a subsequent 4 - 5 minute mixing is required.
Warning • The effects of Cementol Omega F – conc. increase with: - cements with higher hydration heat, - greater cement quantities, - lower water-cement ratio. • When using Cementol Omega F – conc. the water-cement ratio can be lowered without using plasticizers or superplasticizers. • Cold weather concreting is possible provided that all precautions for winter concreting are taken into account. |
