This policy is being constantly accompanied by concrete and measurable goals of improvement.  The Management ensures that everyone working for the company, on behalf of the company or under the supervision of the company is acquainted with this policy. The policy is binding upon our employees to constantly maintain and improve our integral system of quality management, environmental management and health and safety management in accordance with the expectations of our customers and owners and in accordance with the requirements imposed by the applicable legislation and other requirements we agreed to.

We assume the responsibility that we will continue to:
• define and prescribe the following for our services and products: ways of doing business, quality requirements and requirements to be met in the area of environmental management and health and safety at work;
• ensure a systematic implementation of measures contributing to better quality, reduced impact on the environment and fewer health problems and injuries at work through balanced development planning and annual establishment plans;
• implement a systematic training of our personnel whose activities influence the quality, environmental management and health and safety at work.
• take the necessary measures to pursue the interests and expectations of our customers, of the environment, the employees and economical demands of TKK Srpenica, ltd. owners,
• systematically change and prove the quality of our products, services and organizational systems, also under control of other authorized but independent  institutions,
• follow and measure the key parameters of our production, which can greatly influence the environment, safety and health of our staff. At the same time, we bind ourselves to take the necessary measures in case of any findings,
• ensure effective use of  raw material and minimize the waste,
• strive to reduce the risk of extreme situations and to improve the procedures in the event of their occurrence,
• provide products and services of supreme quality, which will gain trust of our customers and even exceed their expectations,
• priority will be given to suppliers, providing environmental friendly materials of higher quality,
• ensure that the established policy will be considered as a frame for setting our goals and implement, follow and maintain this policy in all areas of work process,
• guarantee to make the accepted policy available to the public so that all those related to the company (including our customers and suppliers) will be familiar with it.

With the goals formulated in the policy by the year 2010, our company TKK Srpenica, ltd hopes to ensure the continuous quality of our products and services and, at the same time, a greater safe and healthy working environment of workers and environmental protection.
